About the Association

Jalpaiguri Dabgram Industries Owners' Welfare Association (JDIOWA) is a well-established association representing more than 125 manufacturing and allied industrial units operating in and around the Dabgram Industrial Park in the district of Jalpaiguri in West Bengal which had been registered on 13th December 1999 under the Societies Act and functions as an Association of Persons (AOP). JDIOWA plays a pivotal role in strengthening industrial growth, ensuring compliance, and supporting infrastructure management within the industrial park.

The Association actively serves both members and non-members by providing compliance-related workshops and seminars and compliance support convening different types of camps by the line departments. It also provides essential services such as maintenance of Dabgram industrial park, solid waste management activities (to make the industrial park a zero-waste discharge industrial park), cleaning services, water supply, 24×7×365 CCTV surveillance support, physical security services providing security guards, etc.

JDIOWA stands firmly on the principle of being "for the members and by the members." More than an association, it functions as a collective platform for solving industry related problems, coordination with different line departments and for sustainable industrial development, ensuring a safe, compliant, and growth-oriented ecosystem for industries in Dabgram.
